2. LNG factory profit

In the first half of the year, the gas source cost of the LNG plant remained stable compared to the off-season last year, and the increase in the ex-factory price of the factory directly led to an increase in the processing profit of the manufacturers. Taking the Inner Mongolia factory as an example, the relevant data estimates that the average processing profit of the factory in the first half of the year was 167.5 yuan / ton, an increase of nearly 600% over the same period last year. The development of “coal-to-gas equipment” has helped the LNG plant to basically get rid of the gloom of losses.

3. Supply

The improvement of factory processing profit has promoted the resumption of work or increase in production of inland factories including Hanas, Zhongyuan Green Energy Phase II, Inner Mongolia Xingsheng and Ningxia Hongxing, and the LNG market operating rate has increased significantly.

According to relevant statistics, the average operating rate of LNG plants in the first half of the year reached 45%, with a maximum of 52%. It is 18 months since the last market start to reach 50%.

6. Downstream usage expansion
